6 Reasons Why You Should Have a First Look
The First Look was created to give the bride and groom an opportunity to see each other before the ceremony in an intimate location while their photographer captures the emotional moment on camera. Despite earlier beliefs that it’s considered bad luck to see the each other before the ceremony, many engaged couples today find the idea of having a “First Look” appealing for many reasons: The number one reason why couples choose to do a First Look is so that they can get photos out of the way before the ceremony, thus allowing them more time to spend at [...]

Pantone Color of the Year 2018
Inspiration for wedding and event design can be found everywhere. One popular category is color and we designers wait, with anticipation, annually to find out the Pantone Color of the Year! The color for this year is 18-3838 Ultra Violet. Pantone annually sends their "color authorities" to blanket the globe in search of colors in food, cars, cosmetics, clothes, and housewares. They reconvene, pool their findings, and analyse before they declare the Color of the Year. This year, Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute said that this color, "communicates originality, ingenuity and visionary thinking." From a design [...]

I can’t WAIT to share some of their gorgeous photos. We are [...]
Tips for Tipping Your Wedding Vendors and Service Providers

Remember, tips are intended for workers who receive lower base salaries so vendors who are self-employed or the owner of a business do not generally [...]
